About the position
We are looking for a competent professional with close to 7 to 10 years of experience into Employee Transportation space and Vendor Management who is passionate about building business and that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with Credable Clients, Operators, Vendors and drive city employee transportation business that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will be front ending this position and will be a single point of contact for client Acquisition.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. An effective communicator with strong leadership & interactive skills.
Work closely with Internal Key Customers like Head of Lending Business ET and External Key Customers like Credable Clients, Operators, Vendors.
Working with Credable you will:
- Business Development & operations
- Client Aquisition- Executed and spearheaded internal and external business strategies to optimize vendor relationships
- Client Management
- Vendor onboarding and engagement- Proactively reached out to partners to have a better understanding on the problems they face operationally and fundamentally- Maintained relationships with partners, providing support, information and guidance with product information
- Vendor payments- Interacting with internal finance teams and external Banks & Financial Institutions to process payments
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Understanding of financial statements. Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Customer-oriented mindset
BE/MBA degree or equivalent preferred.
