What does our Sales team do?

Will be responsible for market scanning, new client acquisition, revenue growth as well as existing clients’ retention and relationship.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identify/Prospecting Business opportunities in the given market.
  • Market Coverage – Reach out to Clients/Associates across the given markets.
  • Understanding the Financial and Business need of the customers and providing them with appropriate solutions.
  • Liaise with Intermediaries to generate a steady flow of leads.
  • Sourcing and Closure of Deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders (up to the C-level).
  • To Collaborate with Internal Teams for Approval and Disbursal processes.
  • Post Disbursal monitoring of the borrower companies.
  • Overall responsibility for Disbursal targets and to increase revenues, profitability, and growth.

What does our Sales team do?

Your role :

  • Identify and generate Lending opportunities for the CredAble NBFC in the relevant market through targeting of large and mid-sized corporates (Supply Chain Financing in the SME/MSME ecosystem of these corporates as anchors).

  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

Parental leave with childcare monetary benefits

We get that parenthood is a big change—bigger than many anticipate. We want our people to take the time off and enjoy this new phase with their little ones. While new mothers are given 6 months of paid leave plus the option to work from home for 6 months, new fathers can take 2 months of work from home too! For new mothers returning to work, a baby care allowance of Rs. 2.5 Lakh is provided.
