The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing robust data pipelines and architectures that support various data-driven applications and analytics within the fintech Lending and Enterprise platforms of CredAble and leading global and Indian financial institutions that are clients of CredAble. The successful candidate will work closely with data scientists, business analysts, product management and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity and accessibility, enabling informed decision-making.

What will you bring to the table?
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, preferably within the fintech industry.• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services in warehouses and lakes.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend).
- Experience with data storage technologies (e.g., SQL/NoSQL databases, data lakes, data warehouses).
- Knowledge of big data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The educational qualification you’ll need:
