Nirav Choksi is CredAble’s Co-founder and CEO. Backed by a diverse global experience of over 18 years and an impressive career as an entrepreneur, Nirav brings on board a wealth of experience. As a highly accomplished business leader, Nirav has incubated and scaled businesses, raised debt and equity financing, and built multi-disciplinary global teams in the areas of technology, private equity, and international commodities.
He is instrumental in orchestrating the revenue growth opportunities for CredAble in complex and emerging markets globally. Nirav has been a key driver invested in leading the innovative measures and the organisation’s overall development and expansion over the years.
Prior to CredAble, Nirav co-founded and led Equentia Natural Resources Pte Ltd., a multi-commodity trading and structured finance company with offices in Singapore, Jakarta, Dubai, and Mumbai. ENR has a significant structured trade finance and debt arbitrage operation. With revenues exceeding $500 Million a year and trading volumes of over 10 Million MT, the company today leads the charts as top 5 importers of Indonesian Thermal Coal for the private sector in India. As an active early-stage investor in tech-enabled consumer-led ventures, he has invested in over 25 opportunities. Nirav has also founded several companies in the internet and technology space and has helmed 3 successful exits.
A renowned thought leader and an acclaimed speaker, Nirav has been featured in industry-leading publications and has taken the stage at many global events. Nirav holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Economic degree from the University of Michigan.

Ram Kewalramani is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of CredAble. A seasoned business leader, Ram has over 18 years of experience in providing strategic vision and analysis crucial for organisational success. As an industry veteran with diverse leadership experience, Ram brings a wide range of invaluable insights and functional expertise that spans the domains of Investment Banking, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
He has extensive experience in helping shape mission-critical strategies that drive greater shareholder value. At CredAble, Ram is responsible for helming a series of bold transformations and delivering proven business results. As a renowned leader in the Employee Transportation Industry, he brings in-depth industry insights and a wide network of connections to further the larger vision behind CredAble.
Prior to founding CredAble, Ram spent 15 years in investment banking and P&L leadership capacities. Previously, he also served as a shareholder and CEO of People Premier Logistics, a successful employee transportation business. Before taking the plunge as an entrepreneur, Ram was an investment banker with leading firms such as Centrum Capital and Grant Thornton. Ram has graduated from the HR College of Commerce and Economics.

Ashutosh Taparia is CredAble’s Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director – Enterprise Business. An experienced trade and supply chain finance professional, Ashutosh has a penchant for problem-solving and a knack for forging strong client relationships.
At CredAble, he is leading our efforts in building industry-focused differentiating competencies by recognising potential avenues of growth and ensuring revenue realisation. He heads a team responsible for identifying and developing opportunities for the platform business across India. His portfolio includes the enterprise business and the entire lending book of CredAble through its own NBFC. Ashutosh has been instrumental in taking CredAble to new heights, nurturing lasting relations with enterprise clients and financial institution partners.
As the former SVP and Head of Business Development for Southern India at HSBC, Ashutosh has worked on a range of corporates, commodities, and markets within India. Ashutosh is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur & SRCC, DU.

Satyam Agrawal serves as the Managing Director for International Business at CredAble. Satyam has held senior leadership and management roles with top banks and FinTechs. Having extensive global experience spanning over 2 decades, Satyam has been pivotal in shaping strategies and delivering operational excellence in the Banking, FinTech, and SME Segments.
Satyam brings deep strategy and client experience on board and is responsible for the expansion of the CredAble platform in international markets, specifically in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa regions. With a track record of success to build upon, Satyam is playing a key role in driving CredAble’s vision to become a global frontrunner in the fast-growing world of working capital financing.
Before joining CredAble, Satyam was associated with GlobalLinker, an SME-focused digital platform and prior to that, he held significant positions in the financial services industry including Managing Director and Head of Retail Business Banking for the Asia Pacific at HSBC and as Global Product Head for Business Banking at Standard Chartered. He is an alumnus of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) and London Business School.

Manu Prakash is the Managing Director and Head – Partnerships & FI Coverage at CredAble. A trade professional with renowned achievements, Manu has over 16 years of experience in the banking industry with expertise in transaction banking, product management, and supply chain finance.
At CredAble, Manu works closely with the company’s ecosystem of key partners and plays an important role in building momentum across the business. Manu helps in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships across the organisation’s product portfolio.
Before joining CredAble, Manu was heading Trade and Product for Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (APAC) in India. In his previous roles, Manu has worked with leading financial institutions including HSBC, Standard Chartered, and ICICI. He is an alumnus of IIFT, Delhi and is CDCS qualified.

Debashree Lad is the Chief People Officer and Head of Corporate Communications at CredAble. In her 17+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources, Debashree has been actively involved in re-imagining talent and hiring practices to create truly human and collaborative work environments. As a seasoned HR Business Partner, she has a remarkable track record of designing talent and rewards architecture in leading global enterprises. Her specialisation ranges from driving HR-related change management projects, talent management, employee relations, employee engagement, learning and development, to organisation development.
A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, Debashree leads CredAble’s HR team, people strategy, skills, and employee experience. She is aiding the company’s growth and expansion plans through talent acquisition, rewards and performance management, leadership development, and skill-building programs. In her role as the Head of Corporate Communications, she plays a crucial part in strengthening CredAble’s brand in the marketplace. Debashree oversees the company’s global marketing and corporate communications which includes branding, content, digital marketing, demand generation, creative development, media relations, sponsorships, and industry events across the globe.
Before joining CredAble, Debashree held leadership roles at prestigious organisations, including leading corporates such as Nomura and Tata Institute of Social Sciences where she was in charge of the entire gamut of HR functions. Debashree has graduated from the University of Mumbai.

Kapil Kapoor is the Chief Product & Technology Officer of CredAble. A highly talented technology leader, Kapil has over two decades of experience in building enterprise software for global technology companies. He is adept at scaling enterprises and creating B2C as well as B2B digital products in sectors including FinTech, EdTech, and E-Commerce. Kapil has also led multi-site cross-functional digital engineering teams in Asia, Europe, and North America. He has also spearheaded large-scale digital transformation projects for cybersecurity, cloud, agile, and composable enterprises.
As the CTO of CredAble, Kapil leads all aspects of the organisation’s technology business and he manages departments such as engineering, cloud operations, and security functions. Responsible for CredAble’s technology strategy, Kapil plays a crucial role in leveraging emerging technologies to bring the newest innovations to clients globally.
Prior to CredAble, Kapil was the CTO of Loylogic, a European multinational technology provider of loyalty for E-commerce and payments. He also has vast expertise in managing key senior-level roles, such as Engineering Director at PTC Inc. Kapil holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and is an alumnus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Nagpur, and INSEAD Business School.

Ranjit Singh is the Executive Vice President and Head of Credit at CredAble. With more than 21 years of experience, Ranjit has varied and deep industry experience spanning banking, credit ratings, insurance, and information technology. He has also led cross-functional teams to design and execute financial solutions encompassing lending, trade, commodity, and forex markets.
Ranjit possesses the marketing-leading capabilities that are critical to helping CredAble cater to a wider ecosystem. Ranjit is at the helm of the Credit and Risk Management function at CredAble. An advocate of implementing alternate credit risk models, Ranjit and his team leverage cutting-edge technologies and data to develop a credit risk management framework that is both robust and agile.
Prior to this, Ranjit was a corporate banker with Rabobank and Standard Chartered. He has held several leadership roles in coverage banking and credit analysis. In his previous roles, Ranjit has also had the opportunity to cater to clients from a wide range of industries and scales including promoter-led mid-market businesses, diversified conglomerates, and multinationals. Before taking on several key roles in the banking sector, Ranjit worked with Crisil, ICICI Lombard, QAI India, and TCS. He holds an MBA degree from FMS in Delhi.

Responsible for the overall strategic and operational financial management at CredAble, he oversees accounting, tax, internal audit, and financial planning and analysis.
Before joining CredAble, Ketan spent over 13 years with Deloitte Haskins and Sells, serving clients in industries such as financial services (housing finance and NBFC), real estate, and pharmaceuticals. He is a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Gaurav Dugar serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at CredAble. Gaurav is a seasoned legal expert with over a decade’s experience as a transactional lawyer (largely M&A/ PE).
At CredAble, Gaurav is responsible for legal and corporate governance, as well as compliance policies and activities. Keen to improve financial inclusion in line with RBI’s objectives and policy framework, Gaurav leads, builds, and strengthens all aspects relating to the legal function at CredAble.
Prior to coming on board with CredAble, he was working with acclaimed law firms such as Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and Trilegal. Besides having an impressive career in the legal space, Gaurav is also a gold medalist from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur.
