Have questions? We’re here to help.

  1. What is Invoice Discounting?

Invoice Discounting is a way for businesses to quickly access funds by using their unpaid invoices as collateral. It helps maintain a steady cash flow and ensures there’s enough money available for business growth without waiting for customers to pay their invoices.

  2. What are the eligibility criteria for businesses?

Any business that supplies goods/services can avail the bill discounting services provided by CredAble. Eligibility and amount of discounting is governed by the creditworthiness of the business and therefore they should be willing to share their financial information and other related documents.

  3. Does CredAble have an upper sanction limit?

The amount of funding you can get through Invoice Discounting with CredAble is not capped. The exact amount will depend on your business’s requirements and eligibility.

  4. What is the difference between Invoice Discounting and factoring?

Invoice Discounting lets businesses use unpaid invoices as loan collateral, providing upfront amount while retaining ownership and often remaining confidential.
In contrast, factoring means selling unpaid invoices to a third-party, yielding control, offering immediate funds but disclosing the arrangement to customers. It can be more costly but offers convenience and risk mitigation as the factor manages collections, informing customers typically.
Please note that CredAble currently provides an Invoice Discounting facility but does not offer factoring services at this time.

  5. How long does it take to set up an Invoice Discounting arrangement?

The duration for establishing an Invoice Discounting arrangement can vary, but generally, approval and funding typically take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks.

  6. Can I choose which invoices to discount, or is there a requirement to discount all invoices?

With CredAble’s Invoice Discounting solution, you can choose which invoices to discount once they are approved by us.
