1. Revenue Function – The role entails on revenue generation targets from multiple products including from SAAS, Syndication and Asset Selldown.
  2. Project Execution – The incumbent should be able to oversee large project execution by managing internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Structured Finance – The candidate is expected to execute structures relevant for NBFCs for effectively manage ALM.
  • Work closely with the Business Heads at CredAble to formulate and execute strategy for financial institutional coverage and capital requirements.
  • Coordinating with Business Team, Risk Operations, Finance Teams internally to meet all the requirements of the Lenders / financing partner.
  • Ensuring Quality execution and timely completion of the deliverables to close deals for co-lending, FI Alliance/partnership, platform financing, and/or debt/fund raising, BaaS.
  • Interacting & building relationships with Banks/ NBFCs/ FIs to explore various Alliance/partnership opportunities and to raise on-balance sheet.
  • Use digital and offline channels to improve FI coverage and raise funds in form of debt and other Capital Market Instruments.
  • Assisting the Banks/ NBFCs/ FIs for onboarding and maintain the relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to the compliances stipulated by various Banks/ NBFCs/ FIs and periodical submission of data.
  • Perform vendor credit assessment and contribute towards the improvement of the credit model.
  • Understand complete lending and platform journey and provide suggestions for the roadmap.

We are looking for individuals between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in new client acquisition of MSME or small businesses.
