What does our Sales team do?

Will be responsible for market scanning, new client acquisition, revenue growth as well as existing clients’ retention and relationship.

You will be responsible for:

  • The individual will drive key partnerships for MSME Lending.
  • Take responsibility for enhancing business from partners in the MSME domain including NBFCs/digital DSAs.
  • Responsible for driving key partnerships with for MSME Business Lending, by improving funnel, build growth strategy and improve conversion efficiency.
  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies to create demand, identify diverse lead generation sources, outbound and inbound campaign development etc.
  • Review the market landscape, identify partners, review business model of potential partners to bring relevant partnerships.
  • Identify and partner with brands, to drive lending partnership in their value chain.
  • PnL ownership for the strategic partnerships and brand alliances for lending book.

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Have market knowledge of small business lending.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and think strategically to independently drive business origination in the assigned market.
  • Experience focusing on the partnerships in digital lending.

The educational qualification you’ll need:

MBA Tier 1 college and Sales/Marketing education background preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for the collections department in alignment with the company’s objectives and policies.

  • Build and provide leadership to the collections team, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity.

  • Oversee the recovery of outstanding debts related to unsecured and business loans, monitoring and improving collection processes.

  • Ensure collections are being managed properly; determine appropriate corrective action to take when confronted with accounts receivable discrepancies; take initiative to assure that corrective action is completed including personal visit of high POS cases in default.

  • Analyse collection data and create reports to track performance, identify trends, and implement necessary changes to enhance results.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and credit, to mitigate potential losses and streamline the collections process.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards in all collection activities.

  • Identify and implement use of collection systems and tools for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1.  Any graduate or Postgraduate.

  2.  Experience in a senior collections role within the banking or financial services sector.

  3.  Demonstrated success in implementing and managing collections strategies that resulted in improved recovery rates and operational efficiency.

  4.  Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
